MNLA Meetup:  Families First Coronavirus Relief Act Paid Leave Requirements

Tuesday, September 29 | 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Do you have to provide paid leave to employees who need to care of their kids? What about paid leave for employees who have COVID-19 symptoms? Have these, and other questions answered by attorney Patrick McGuiness of Zlimen & McGuiness, Attorneys at Law. He will host a discussion and Q& A session about business owners responsibilities and employees rights to paid leave. The FFCRA extends requires paid leave benefits be provided to employees of companies with fewer than 500 employees. The good news is that leave pay is reimbursed to business owners through payroll tax credits. The bad news is that it can create confusion and staffing issues.

MNLA members are invited to join us on September 29th to share and discuss anything related to the FFCRA. Get your questions answered.

When you register, a link and password to the Zoom Meeting will be emailed to you.

If you have green industry or business topics you would like to discuss at a future MNLA Meetup, please email them to
