MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:  Steve Bailey, Steve Bailey Consulting, LLC

With 40 years in the garden center industry, Steve Bailey became the Financial Tracking Officer for The Group after selling his own garden center which he and his wife Bonnie started in 1983. 

His main area of interest has always been focused on the financial side of the business which he has developed into a number of systems and programs aimed at helping garden centers in The Group get a better grasp on how money moves through their business.
Steve is a regular presenter at garden center industry workshops on topics dealing with a variety of financial issues and is available to assist garden centers with their individual financial tracking needs.

MNLA Registration Refund Policy: For all MNLA education events, MNLA will gladly make a full refund of your registration fee if cancellation notice is received more than two business days in advance of the event. In the two business days prior to the event, a 50 percent refund will be given. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made the day of the event. Cancellations may be made in writing, by fax, or by telephone call received at the MNLA office during normal business hours.
